Mars Transit Vehicle Design and look-dev for “The First.”
In 2017, I was lead Concept Illustrator for Hulu’s The First, by the creators of House of Cards, staring Sean Penn and Natascha McElhone.
This is the show's main spacecraft tasked with transporting the crew to Mars called the “M.T.V.” (Mars Transit Vehicle). The 4th image is the sketch provided to me by NASA astronauts outlining the general shape and design.The 5th is VFX on-screen final.
